I was the Social Media Manager for the Florida Panthers during their two Stanley Cup Championships. I managed the social media team and directed our strategy, pioneering a data driven approach to content planning, resulting in a 170% growth in audience across all channels.
With a strategic distinct voice, I was able to increase our average engagement from bottom 10th in the league to top three.
I was responsible for our social media, digital ads, email marketing, mobile app, website, and managing the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
During our third jersey launch and Disco Night, I was in charge of all of our digital marketing leading to several of our best revenue nights those seasons. Additionally, I was able to capitalize on notable moments like a goalie goal.
As the Digital Media Specialist for UTMC, I was in charge of our social media as well as managing the website for the hospital.
I led our social media through our Covid-19 response and a brand relaunch. Additionally, I launched a ‘Faces of UTMC’ program to highlight our stellar staff and boost employee morale.
