UTMC Rebrand Launch
In the fall of 2020, the decision was made to reboot the UTMC brand in just six weeks. While an ambitious deadline, this challenge was met head on and the team was able to launch an entirely new look. I managed the rebrand on social media and organized a campaign to tease and celebrate the launch.
Social media was employed to build up to the brand announcement, establish community support for the new brand after launch, and as a reinforcement of brand principles. This campaign was met with resounding enthusiasm and support internally from hospital staff and externally with the public. Posts regarding the rebrand averaged 14% in ERR. The positive response to the new style of content and brand remains prevalent throughout the community today.
